Our coordinators will contact you within 6 hours to confirm your request. A list of suitable tutors will be provided between 24 to 48 hours.
No, there are no matching fees or hidden charges for clients. Commission is charged to the tutor only.
We offer part-time undergraduate tutors, full-time tutors, MOE-trained tutors, and ex-MOE teachers. Selection is based on your preferences.
You can terminate or request for a replacement tutor at no additional cost. You only need to pay for completed lessons. If you request for a replacement tutor with us, you will get a 50% cashback for the previous lessons, up to 2 lessons.
Yes, you may terminate or request a replacement anytime. Do provide feedback so we can improve the match. We provide 50% cash back on unsatisfactory lessons conducted, up to 2 lessons, provided you choose to swap to another tutor with us.
Yes, but please inform the tutor at least 24 hours in advance for respect of his or her time.
Tutors are expected to provide advance notice and reschedule responsibly.
Payment is made directly to the tutor at the end of every 4 weeks by default, via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. However, you may arrange with your tutor to establish a payment routine that might better suit your convenience. Our commission (two lesson's worth) is collected from the parent after the second lesson via Bank transfer or PayNow to our UEN.
An invoice will be sent when commission payment is due.
